I used these hoses to make my own r134a low side charging tool so that I don't have to get my manifold gauge set out just to add refridgerant. I used a valved gauge, with a valved tap, and a low side port to make this. I removed the shrader valves from the hoses also.I have r1234 taps and port attachments to swap to the newer automotive refridgerant as needed. I used my leak detector to test around all attachments points and it is all sealed up. The hoses feel well made and seem to be high quality.

I recently decided to replace the aging hoses on my A/C manifold gauge with this 3-piece set. Given that I only needed to replace the hoses, investing in an entirely new gauge set felt unnecessary. If you need replacement hoses, I believe this product is worth your consideration.
