I use to be a cook and always wished that I could have a griddle like this at home. Now I do!!!!!! They are easy to clean and simplifies a busy life style. I save money by cooking more and eating out less due to time and ease. Food cooks evenly. You are able to cook multiple items at once and at different temps. The size is great for our family of 5. It’s very durable at a fraction of the cost you would buy at other stores. Cleaning is a breeze. A simple squirt of water on the hot surface will break up burnt food. Use a nice straight metal spatula to move it into the tray. For a deep clean I use a grill brick. (Use oven mitts). The same as above you want to clean it using the brick and a splash of oil it will get it shiny and new again. After scraping it use water and a wet paper towel to finish. I ALWAYS clean while it’s hot. I don’t do this all the time with home use.My only con was having to buy our own plug. At the end of the day that was easy to attach and worth it.I hope you enjoy this as much as we all do!!!!!!

I ordered this and there were gaps to where the grease would run down in to the griddle. Went to send it back and it cost me $211.00 in shipping. That should not happen for a factory defect. They should pay shipping if it is a defect
