I was sure that inner diameter is engraved (or, at least, printed) on the collars – unfortunately, it's not so. Working with the collars, every time one should search an appropriate diameter. Very inconvenient. Besides of that, there are two 9.5 mm collars in the set, but 9 mm collar is missing.

This set screw design is much less apt to mar the surface than a split ring design.Well made and an accurate fit in all sizes. Very handy.

I've used these a few times now and they;'ve woirked perfectly every time. The fact that they have two locking screws instead of one really makes a difference in their ability to hold on tightly and not come loose. Well worth a buy!

The review is for the 304 Stainless Steel Stop Bit Collar Set Drill Tool for 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm Diameter Drill Bits 8Pcs by ROOCBIT.I bought this last week because I needed drill bit collar for my project. I chose these because they were reasonably priced for stainless steel. I like that these are stainless steel because I dip my bit in cold water before and after drilling holes (dipping the bit before and after each use really does extend the life of your drill bits).I'm only giving these drill bit collars 4-1/2 Stars for now because I think the tightening mechanism of these collars should be a little easier. You really have to make sure that both ends are really secured, otherwise, the collar tend to loosen as you use you start drilling. The collar has two sides that need to be tightened with the wrench provided. Just double check to make sure the collar is tight and secure.
