These little flap discs are a solid deal if you’re doing any light metal or mechanic duties. They last a decent amount of time, and while they don’t quite match the performance of the name brands, you’re getting 30 discs for what you'd usually pay for just a handful of premium ones. Great bang for the buck.The included mandrel is a nice bonus, though I stuck with my own since it's better quality. They lock in quick, don’t fling apart, and chew through material better than I expected at this price. Good to have in the shop for when you don’t want to burn through your expensive discs.

These are some high-quality little flap discs, perfect for my little dry grinder for cleaning out or working on small projects, welding projects, or other fiberglass projects. These little flap disc really cut and digging nicely. They didn’t disintegrate while using them and they didn’t fall apart I never even lost a single flap. Well wearing one down, grinding up some metal They perform just as good as the store brand bought ones. I’m used to.They even came with their own little arbor so you can use this in whatever tool suits you best for me that will be a spare as I already had the arbor I needed to properly use these. They are compatible with other standard 3M style pads.High quality, grinding discs no negatives great product.

The flap discs are good, they run true. The durability is good, they cut well and last just as long as any others. The included arbor has a 6mm shank, not 1/4". It seems like all of these kits now come with wobbly junk arbors and undersized shanks. Just toss the arbor in the trash and buy a 3M Roloc arbor. It's a good assortment, and still a good value without the arbor.

This is a great set if you need to work on small spots and sand down a metal burr or if you're working with wood and need to do a spot sanding job. They have a quick change connector on them, also known as R-lock, so you just screw it onto the included backing plate which itself attaches to a round mandrel. They didn't include a hex mandrel but I have some that I've received in other sets. They're available for purchase and are a standard size in case you need to pick some up. They held up well and the grit seemed to last like I would expect it to being made from zirconia. Note that this isn't for a rotary tool which uses a 1/8 inch accessory and this has 1/4 inch mandrel. I do wish each disc was labeled or marked with its grit though. This is a good set though.
