Perfect fit. I always worry that I may order the wrong part and or it won’t work. This one was dead on. Heating issue on my dryer solved.

I was pleased that this was a 2 pack. I may but some more. However, even though it was the problem causing my dryer not to work, the fix was short... Later about 6 to 8 weeks. So we put the other one in. It lasted 4 days. May be because we didn't replace the few other fuse like things, but at least it was an inexpensive fix. I've actually ordered Whirlpool parts this time to see if there's a difference. It will fix the dryer. It isn't a bad idea to get these to have on hand. They're easy to replace, affordable, and your dryer will work.I gave 4 stars because the first one didn't last very long, and the second was only days. But, the dryer actually heated and dried better than it did when it was new. And it has to be the fuses.

So my dryer stopped working out of the blue one day mid cycle. Mind you, it worked the day before. I got on Google to try and figure out why. There was a list of reasons such as a push start button fuse and thermal fuse. So I got both parts on the same day. Initially, I thought I’d have to replace it the entire dryer, but I read more reviews for this product and for the price I was sold! So I replaced this fuse using a video on YouTube University. Also cleaned out the back of my dryer (Whirlpool—Only 5 years old). Once the back of the dryer was put back on, plugged it in the outlet, pressed start and boom! It was working again. For the push start button, I went back and replaced it after the thermal fuse just to say it’s been replaced. Overall, it’s worth it and I recommend you try this before throwing a good dryer away! Thanks to this company!
