I needed to remove a stripped Allen head set screw from a Moen shower control lever. Ended up not needing the drill bit. Just tapped in a snug fitting extractor and it backed right out. Well worth the money.

I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use this tool but attempted to try a bunch of different bit and eventually figured it all out! It got the job. Won’t give 5 stars because I thought instructions should have been provided.

Used these to remove a stripped allen bolt from a f150 sunroof track. Now I have complete confidence in this extractor set.

I received my set and it was covered in lube/oil. The sponge inside had soaked up oil and everything was coated. Would look at other sets.

I occasionally have issues with stripped screws / bolts and was looking for a small kit to put in the tool chest. In addition to 10 different sizes of drill/extractor bits for removing stripped screws, there are also an assorted set of other bits.I have nothing to test the extractor bits on right now now, but there are enough issues with the kit itself that I wanted to talk about.1) There are 10 different sizes, but for the #1 I received 2 drills bits and no extractor bit2) Using my micrometer I confirmed they mixed up the order of the various bits, 7 & 8 are reversed for both the drill and extractor bits and extractor bits 3 & 4 are reversed as well.3) The foam used is both too stiff for pulling out the various bits. It is also has some sort of "sticky" feel to it that stays on our hands.4) the clips seem too tight / hard and seem like they will break soon.

Why did they think it was appropriate to super glue the bottom of the bits to the black foam holding them in? Seriously have to use pliers to pull the bits out. Other than that, seem to be fine so far. Would rather have had them floating around in the plastic then have them glued in place.

Reasonably small extractors with good shank size and leverage. Very quick delivery.
