This is a well-made tool that I hope I will never need. If I have a problem, and I remember that I have it, it is there ready to go. In a way, this tool is like a fire extinguisher; it is there when you need it.

Last year i had to replace the kitchen faucet, part of the adapter broke and stayed in the pipe, will a small chainsaw i could remove half of the remaining adapter, I could install the new adapter but still the other part was there, until now. with this tool I could easily remove the rest of the broken adapter, I wish i had this 1 year ago.

This tool is helpful to remove broken nipples or loosen and tighten fittings that does not offer external grip. This one also offers two diameter heads in one, making it adapting to wider range of internal diameters for the parts to be extracted or tightened. It works well if you are careful and patient. Don't be aggressive to tighten the hold nut. The key in such operations is to use the right amount of force to get the job done. Too much force may damage the fittings.
