Used to fix a stretched spring on a recliner. Not as strong as I would like it to be, but it gets the job done.

UPDATE 6/1/25: The 2nd spring has been in place for almost two months, and it's still working as expected. Updating my review from 2 to 4 stars. I did attach the spring in a different set of holes not drastically different than the first spring that didn't hold up. I'll blame user error at least partially with the first spring. I'd buy these again if I needed them for the same reason down the road.ORIGINAL: For what I needed from these springs, the product didn't meet expectations. I replaced a spring under my recliner, and it lasted just under a week before it was stretched out and just fell off. It fell, because one hooked end also stretched apart and there wasn't enough there to stay in the hole on the leg rest mechanism. The spring is now stretched almost 3x it's original length. I'll see if I can find a different way to attach the second spring with the other holes available though I'm confident I had the first spring where it needed to be attached.
