Door sweep is extra long, sufficiently tall for most uses, brushes are solid and anchored well - this sweep is better than I expected. Has a really great piece of 2 sided tape to hold it in position while installing the permanent screws.

The adhesive backing is a pain in the butt, because this sweep must be mounted quite accurately and must be able to be moved once it is in place. If you use the adhesive, then you lose the ability to move it once in place. Also, the screws are extremely small and flimsy. One of them broke while screwing it in with hand force that was not excessive. Luckily, there was an extra. That said, the brush type sweep is very nice, quiet, and flexible, and does its job of keeping out drafts. Much better than flexible plastic solid sweeps that turn hard after just a few years. We'll see about this one's longevity.

We used this on our patio screen door to cover a larger gap than the standard rubber sweep would cover. Also, the brush type sweep on this was better at molding itself to our slab which wasn't exactly straight, so the rubber one had to have gaps to allow the door to close. The brush hairs on this one are more "moldable" to the random imperfections of the slab it's closing against, giving a better seal in my opinion.
