Looks cool. Can't get the app to stretch one image across multiple fans.

This hologram fan is pretty mind-blowing! The 3D images are so realistic and eye-catching. It's perfect for grabbing attention at events or adding a futuristic vibe to my home. The app and Bluetooth features are easy to use, and the splicing option is cool for creating bigger displays. But, I gotta be honest, it's not quite as magical as I hoped. The 3D effect works best in low light, and the viewing angle is limited. The fan noise can also be a bit distracting. Plus, creating custom content is a bit tricky.Overall, this hologram fan is a unique and fun gadget, but it's important to manage expectations.

First off, the HAVisikr 3D Hologram Fan isn't actually 3D or a hologram. It's a fan that uses the Persistence of Vision (POV) effect to create a 2D image that appears to float in mid-air without the use of a screen. Despite the misleading name, the visual effect looks great and the fan operates more quietly than others I've tried in the past. There is some minor assembly required with 12 small screws. I didn't have an issue with it, but I can see how some might find it tedious.I agree with reviewer Paul H that the QR code links to a subscription service are underhanded and unnecessary. However, you don’t need to use them to access the full functionality of this device. You can bypass the subscription service and use the fan effectively without providing credit card information or subscribing to anything. To get started, access the installed mini-SD card (located on the side of the device between the blades) using a standard reader on your computer. You'll find the necessary text files there, including the WIFI-info and a link to retrieve the software for this device (Android, iOS, and Windows). On iOS, the app is called "Holoscope" and is available through the App Store. Once you have the app, you can upload pre-created videos, your own text/images, or videos directly to the device.
