Hot end fell apart in the middle of a print. There is a press fit between the heat break and the brass part. It isn't tight enough.

I needed a hardened steel nozzle and this was a drop in replacement. No issues (so far), just needed to change the type from Brass to Hardened Steel and watched it re calibrate. Also printing 5-10degrees higher since its hardened steel. One thing to note that the heater block is significantly smaller than the original but no issues here.

Bambu style hotend for your Kobra S1/S1C printer. Works out of the box. No issues with thermistor reporting the wrong value or plastic leaking from the threads. Same nozzles as other aftermarket Bambu parts; 7mm long m6 threads.Compared to the original this definitely an upgrade. The heatbreak is all metal. No PTFE insert. The block is significantly smaller so it heats up and cools down faster. Other than loosing support for Volcano nozzles, no downsides so far.Only tested with ASA so far but no issues printing a benchy with stock hotend settings.Bed leveling will be required before printing. Also temperature stability is way off due to differences in heater and block. So a PID calibration should be performed. Vibration calibration isn’t necessary; I tried it without performing this step. VFAs are minimal but should probably be completed to achieve maximal print quality.

Killed the ceramic on my stock k1 max and this was my replacement, it works perfect, apply a bit of thermal compound on the heatbreak if you use the included one, I installed a ceramic tube heatbreak in mine so I got a small upgrade as well as a new hotend I also replaced the nozzle with a micro swiss it prints great better than when I pulled it out of the box

The hotend works great. I will start off by saying that. My issue is that it did not come with replacement hotend screws (i had to drill one out to pull the old hotend off.) And the thermistor cable is long enough to plug in but it would be nice to see it be about 10mm longer.
