Product is not designed well some parts break while you are separating them from the board, it’s really hard to assemble the sections and then when you put them together is too awkward to get them together and that’s when they brake apart if you are able to fix this somehow the sections don’t fit properly the marbles don’t run freely and got stock no matter what you do. The marbles run out of the puzzle often I’m a guy who loves working with 3D puzzles a lot and had assembled several through the years and never had as many issues as I had with this one

Hours of assembly and fascinating to watch

The Wowood 3D Puzzles for Adults are an amazing set! The Electric Marble Runs Building Set is both challenging and fun to assemble. I love the detailed wooden model kits, and the two different sets—Marble Spaceport and Marble Night City—are so unique. The link pack adds a great touch to enhance the design. It’s a fantastic STEM activity, and the quality of the wood and precision in the pieces make the build satisfying. Perfect gift for puzzle enthusiasts! Highly recommend!

This space marble set is well crafted and the laser cut pieces have no issues with being removed from there sheets, the directions are very clear and easy to understand. As I’m only part way in on the assembly I must admit I did snap one piece while trying to attach another one to it, but with a little patience and some super glue I was able to reset it and can’t even tell, all my own doing as there are some assembling of pieces that seem a little tight to slip together. Since then I’ve started to sand all the pieces and have had no further issues. Looking forward to the finished product but definitely enjoying the assembly process almost as much.

The main kit in this set of three adjoining kits was really fun and interesting to put together. The design of it is really impressive. It’s well thought out and the instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow. The resulting ball contraption works pretty well after some fine tuning (be sure to have it on a perfectly flat surface for best performance). It can be hand cranked or run with the included motor. The balls take varying paths through the machine and back to the start to go again.The second kit surely must have been designed by a different person or people. It is not at all as good of a design or construction project as the first. The components aren’t as sturdy or as thoughtfully ordered. The whole thing seems much more fragile. We did get it to work, but it has several trouble areas where balls will often get stuck or escape the tracks.Unfortunately, the connector kit is more like the second one than the first. The instructions are not as clear and the build order seems unrefined. The lights are a nice touch, but the little motor really struggles to drive the combined kits. It chugs so slowly that there are long stretches when a ball isn’t making it’s way down. Some of the connecting tracks have flat spots where the balls will pool and have to be coaxed along by hand.Overall, I still might recommend this set for people who like to build intricate models, but that’s mostly based on how cool the first of the three kits is. It would be a much better experience just to get that one by itself than to bear the relative disappointment of the add-on kits.

I really like these laser-cut wooden models. ROKR designs great stuff, and I've put five or six of their models together. My first was the Cello music box.My apologies that I can't attach a photo of the completed product, because it will be a while and I'll add a photo later, once I've finished. For now, I'm sure it will match the photos in the description.I find it's a great way to relax my mind from a long day of staring at computer code. As a hobby, making these extremely detailed mechanical models satisfies the engineer part of my brain, but since I'm not a mechanical engineer, there's not a lot of overlap with my work.I also can't resist these. When a new one comes out, I immediately put it in my cart, but then I look at my desk and see the replica model of the Gutenberg Printing Press only about 25% completed. I hesitated until I remembered what I like to call the Victrola incident where a new ROKR model went out of stock within days, remaining in my cart as a sad reminder of my indecisiveness.And I'm starting to get a bit behind with a backlog of models. Some, but not all, take a decent chunk of time. Especially when they're super-details with upwards of 1000 individual pieces . . . it adds up to double-digit hours of assembly.When I saw this Spaceport/Night City as a combo, though, I didn't hesitate. It is so cool, and I've never done an actual marble run before, thought I bought the dragon-themed marble run for my son as a Christmas gift. It's still in the box in his room.Everything looks as well designed and intricate as the others. ROKR is, I think, the original design house of these models as far as I know. They have a great attention to detail and each one is meticulously designed. They're not difficult, but they are precise and the sheer number of pieces hits the spot.I've totally suspended building plastic models that used to be a staple. Now I'm moved on to wood, and a few metal models. Although ROKR just came out with a plastic model -- no model-cement required.I'll sum it up. If you like to build things and you like working with details and can appreciate a well highly detailed, precision design, then you'll probably enjoy these. If you frustrate easily and/or Hulk-smash things out of impatience, then I'd say steer clear of this as a hobby . . . or you may have some expensive kindling.Speaking of price. This one is actually a two-piece bundle with another "link" piece to connect the two together. So, don't look at the price as a single model. It's actually two complete models that can work independently of each other. That works out to a nice price of only about $60 per model. Or you can buy each one separately, but the bundle price is a value.Overall, these are a joy to build and they look great as display pieces, with the added benefit of most of them being mechanically functional. Like this marble run -- I can't wait to watch the ball-bearing roller-coaster. Five Solid Stars.
