My device only translates English to another language that I select, but won’t show other languages to English. I tried contacting support as I’m sure I am doing something wrong, but never heard back. I’m now on vacation and can’t use these. Very sad!

After scanning to upload headset asks you to use a credit card to pay $59 @ month. This information is not listed to expect this. Not allowed for my budget. Not paying this. Returning these. I don't trust giving out my credit card information. Do not look like a secure site.

I bought this thinking that it might help when I talked to people. But unfortunately, I have an android phone, flip phone, six it would not pair with it.
