If you are tall or have long legs this machine will not suit you. I’d prefer an adjustable padding at the foot. Also, the pad that holds your knees down is annoying, being that you have to take it off every time you have to get on the machine. Otherwise getting on the machine is difficult. Instructions are just pictures no words, took me about an hour to put together by myself. It’s very sturdy, size is good if you have a small space, doesn’t take up a huge foot print. Tried contacting the seller about an issue never got a response back.Update: seller responded issue was resolved.

My machine had no back rest pad. Very uncomfortable to use with out.

To my surprise this leg machine arrived about a week early. The packaging was a little banged up and the paint was chipped on a number of spots but that shouldn't affect the machines operation at all.The instructions weren't the best but the illustrations were good enough to get the thing assembled in under an hour.It works great for quad extensions and after figuring out how to flip the weight arm over the hamstring curls work perfectly. I've got 2" Olympic plates and the adapter for the weight arm has a slight taper which don't allow the plate to go all the way on.A great leg machine for the price. It's sturdy and well built.
