This is one of the best timers I have seen for the price point and features offered. It comes with a pen with easily erasable ink. It has a removable schedule card aligned with the buttons to indicate completion of the activities.I like the fact that this timer has an inbuilt clock too. This timer is rechargeable, which is also a nice feature to have. It is a helpful tool for people who struggle with time management and completing tasks.

This timer is a great tool for helping to stay on track with various tasks and goals. In some cases, it's easy to spend too much time on a particular task, and in other cases it's beneficial to stay focused for a set amount of time, and this timer can help with both. The timer itself is nice and lightweight, easy to use and carry around the home. The battery-operated timer can be recharged via the USB-C port on the back. The removable dry erase task panel, along with its neighboring checkbox sliders provide an easy way to track important tasks and goals, and record their completion. The timer is capable of up to a 1-hour countdown, which is easy to set with the visual dial on the front. The end of a countdown can be signaled audibly or by a flashing light, configured by a toggle switch on the back. The countdown alert can be dismissed by tapping the snooze-style button on the top, and there is a small clock at the bottom which is convenient for keeping the time of day handy.Overall, I've found this timer beneficial for keeping the kids focused on homework after school. Throughout the day it’s been useful for me to budget time on certain tasks like sending emails, and has also been helpful as a kitchen timer. This timer is a nice all-in-one solution, and I would recommend it.

I really like this timer for helping my child manage our work schedule for a few reasons. It has a visual countdown so he can better understand how much time is left. Even as an adult I sometimes struggle with my perception of time and time management and the little red circle that shrinks as the time winds down is more helpful than anything else I have tried. Second, it has a list that you can edit since it’s a dry erase surface so it can change as needed without having to grab a new sheet of paper like I’ve seen in some other versions of this. Third, it has an alarm which is a necessary auditory reminder. I also like that is hS a display for the time underneath. And it has those little tabs you can slide to indicate when a task is done, they’re so satisfying to use! Overall, super helpful tool for us.

This is the coolest thing ever. I got it for helping myself stay focused and doing "pomodoros" while working from home.I like that it's rechargable. The dry erase marker that comes with it is very thin tipped so it's perfect for writing on the erasable task board.I give the alarm options 2 stars though. There should be a bigger light indicator. And there should be a way to adjust volume on the timer. I won't see the light while working, which is a shame because I planned to use this at the library. And the alarm is far too loud, even in my own home. It's still a keeper.

The design and functional capabilities of this Visual Countdown Timer make it an age-appropriate tool to introduce children to the to Pomodoro Technique."Stay Focused and Get More Done" is a valuable skill for children to learn early due to all the proven benefitsThe product details section is a mini lesson in those benefits but it's too bad the 1st step of Pomodoro wasn't specifically included because I think it ties the Pomodoro concepts of time management all together:#1 Plan your task: how many pomodoros do you think you might need? For adults, a pomodoro is usually a 25-minute focus session but 15 minutes works best for my 4 and 6 year old grandchildren. And we take the long break after 2 sessions instead of 4.The build quality of this Visual Countdown Timer is fine for its purpose and price but it's not 5* worthy. With mine, the Dry Erase To-do List/Chore Board is really difficult to insert & remove. The kids sometimes have trouble moving the task completion switch over - but it's their favorite part!(to me, that illustrates how the Pomodoro technique can boost motivation through the sense of accomplishment.)In California, kindergarten is a 2 year program, and like about 85% of California school districts, in ours, 4-year olds go to school for a full day. Corralling the attention and energy of 2 young children to get their homework done in the limited time between school and sports has been a challenge... until now. They think using the Pomodoro technique with the Visual Countdown Timer is fun – and while I'm sure that will wane over time, they're learning valuable focus and time management skills for a lifetime.PS: ADHD in the product title is a misnomer. Using this visual timer with task completion switches can be helpful for anyone at any age, not only those with ADHD

I wasn't sure this would be worth it, but I'm so terrible at remembering to take breaks that I had to try it. I usually rely on a combination of kitchen timers (annoying and loud) and my phone (too easy to ignore). I also liked that I could set my objectives for the day in print beside the timer, which has been handy.Full review:The size is a little bulky, and it's so light I keep knocking it over, but it's decently made and the size is arguably necessary for the function. This was relatively easy to set up, though I'm not looking forward to resetting the clock when it runs out of battery (hopefully never, but I've only had it a week). I very much appreciate that the clock is NOT designed to be backlit or glowing digits. The noise alarm is annoying. It is so annoying it pissed me off (which docked a star, since I will never ever use it again), but the silent light alarm was a surprise winner. The light alarm mode turns on a little green light at the bottom of the timer once it's set to count down. I was skeptical about it's utility, since I find extra lights irritating, but I keep it on my desk below my monitor and I adjusted to it faster than I expected. When the alarm goes off, the green light flips to red and starts blinking. I think it blinks about 30sec to a minute, and so far it always catches my attention. I've started "racing" myself to wrap up my work by the time it stops blinking. I still keep a backup kitchen timer in another room in case I get caught up again before disengaging from my work, but so far I'm doing great! This is the best timer I've ever used for keeping me on my task-to-break ratio.

This is quite the interesting gadget. I got it for myself as I hate sound alarms, and this has a light option. I also happen to love to-do lists, so this is the best of both worlds, so I don't have to use up a notebook page every time I need to organize my tasks. I use the timer to create focus sessions for work, and the list to create a list of the top daily to-dos. The list slides upwards and is easy to remove, write on, and replace. It's easier to do that than write while the list is installed (in my opinion). The little switches aren't too loose; they have just enough snap to be satisfying to "check off". The timer itself seems accurate for time, and the little window below it shows current time. It's easy to set with the buttons on the back of the device, but take a peek at the instructions to reduce frustrations.Notably, it's important to not try to spin the timer knob counter-clockwise from the 0 mark - this may harm or break the system. There is a warning about it, but it's important to reiterate. The timer itself is silent - there is no ticking. The little orange part just reduces in size until it hits 0. If you have the "light" option as the indicator, it'll glow green while the timer is counting down, and blink red once the timer hits zero. There is a switch on the back to change from light to sound, but I do not use the sound option, as previously stated. The device is rechargeable, which is convenient, and it sits nicely on a flat surface. If your desk is a bit tilted, note that it may fall backwards (depending on how it is placed) as there is no back foot, just a wider base for it to balance on.

This is the first time I have seen this design. I have seen many individual timers where the color dial counts down. This is the first one I've seen that includes a chore board/task list that you can write into. The "tasks" list can be removed for easy cleaning, and I would recommend doing so to prevent the wet-erase ink from smudging onto the device. At the end of the countdown, the timer electronically beeps in cycles of 3 until you press the "interrupt" button at the top. The beep is fairly loud. At the same time, there is also the ability to switch it to a flashing light instead of beeping, so that you can use it in a quiet library. My kids love to use the timer for everything, from chores to games. They like the sliding switches which help them keep track of what is done.
