My old flapper finally wore out and started leaking. It was a breeze to replace with this flapper. This one doesn't seem as sturdy as my 15 year old flapper, but only time will tell.

Where I live, it is hard to get genuine TOTO parts and when you can get it, it costs so much more than expected. So, for quick repairs like a toilet flapper, I usually have to buy third-party. So with four of the same TOTO toilets in our house, I really do change these flappers every few years. This one is correct for our model, mainly because the length of the arms is correct (matches the OEM) and is of the right width (3"). You can't really judge how good the rubber material is until it has been in the water for months, but this one is definitely more flexibale and pliable than the ones I sually get. So perhaps it won't get hard and brittle as fast which is why I usually have to replace these flappers. So, for now,I'm happy with these replacement flappers.
