I tested all my gear by shooting them with my airsoft Rifle. I shot this and with 1 BB it broke. It's safe to say that it's a waste of money and do not buy it bc your optic will shatter and will cost you way more. Do not buy this.

I spent a good while looking for squared-off lens protectors, and well, I found these after said amount of time spent searching. And I gotta say, the quality is quite good. Mounts are sturdy, the glass is clear even when scratched, but the only gripe I have is that the ball bearing is a little icky. It's not much of a problem tho because I keep the covers up 24/7 anyway.

Works great, nice and sturdy.But too sturdy, because I needed to use a metal tool to chip off the edges where the little steel ball snapped the flip up into place. Was initially too tight and would not flip at all (i almost broke the protective glass in half trying to flip it up), but it worked splendidly afterwards.

People complain about the shield getting broken when hit by BBs don't understand that's what they are meant for. This thing will save your sight, plain and simple. If the first shield breaks, put on a new one, if that one breaks too buy more or just make some out of cheap plexy glass. All expenses invested into this thing is better than having you 300$ sight glass cracked by a BB.

Workers perfectly. Second week out got hit with bb and cracked the corner off. But protected my sight. So these definitely are a must have...

It is really great to use. I use it on my M4 Airsoft gun for my red dot. The length of it is helpful for other types of sights and it also makes my face feel safer when I’m aiming because of the length and width of it. It’s super easy to flip up and down for travel and in use purposes. The actual protector parts are super easy to change out and it even comes with a spare. Which is good because I accidentally broke my first one. (Running through trees recklessly). You can put it practically anywhere on your gun rail. I support this product and recommend it to anyone who plays Airsoft. It’s important to use these items especially for indoor games. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I got this and played airsoft the day afterwards. They paid for themselves by protecting my optics from a shot that definitely would have shattered it. It's cracked now, but well worth the price to save my optics.It was easy to fit on my rail system and fits snugly.
