These are great little scoops, emphasis on little. For some reason I thought they would be bigger, but to be honest, for my needs they’re the perfect size. They’re great for scooping so many things for both humans and pets. I’m using one to scoop litter for a really small foster kitten. The other one I use to scoop dry food for my bigger cats. Just one thing to note, they arrived with black spots on them, but those washed off pretty easily by hand with just warm water and soap. Other than that one note, I really like these. They’re nicely made, comfortable in my hand and super useful.

I am giving this item 4 stars, though I was really having trouble coming up with a rating.My issue is that they are just much smaller than I expected. That is mostly my own fault since it does say they are onoly 3 oz. scoops, but I was thinking that this meant they were basically the next size up from what they are.I have a bottom freezer with an ice make inside of the freezer, which dumps "regular" ice cubes into a tray. These scoops are too small for those ice cubes. Honestly not sure where this size scoop would be useful. They certainly don't serve my purposes.

These things are extremely small for ice. The only ice they could scoop would be those little round crushed pellets or the ice of an ice cone. They are much more suited for legumes and such.They are made of quality stainless steel, but the design is flawed. They are two pieces. The handle has a hole where the hook goes. If used for ice this will allow in water that will be difficult to get out. Leading to trapped moister and all that comes with it. Including mildew and potential stress from contracting and expanding. If used for legumes it will lead to old powdered crud in your scoop.

The quality and finish of these ice scoops was better than I expected. They have a high polish finish and are just the right size for use in ice buckets.

Small scoops that are perfect for ice buckets. They are well made and easy to hold, and will pick up a few ice pieces at a time - or they can be used as a serving scoop for cold dishes.

These ice scoops are quite small, so I suggest paying attention to dimensions from advertised pictures. I have regular looking ice cubes from a refrigerator ice machine and these get like 3-4 ice cubes. They also slide off the scoop VERY easily. These scoops would be great for nugget ice, which I am getting one of those machines soon so I hope to have better luck with these with that ice. They do feel solid though, have a hook to hang them, and come in the pack of 2 which is all great features. And like mentioned in the advertisement, you could also use them for other things such as flour or sugar, etc. So plenty of uses for these scoops. But for regular sized ice cubes, I am not a fan.
