I ordered these for a non-advertised purpose: Removing Ticks! Ticks love me and I seem to find me any time I go outdoors (we live in the country) I was concerned that my regular tweezers kept squeezing the tick body as I was trying to remove them, increasing the chance for disease and infection/reaction. This set is great because I am able to firmly grasp the tick right at the head and maintain that grip as I pull it out. The other problem I had with my previous tweezers is the tick would sometimes slip through. Both of these issues have been solved with this set. Now I keep a pair of these fine tip tweezers with me at all times....one in my purse, one in my bathroom and one in the car.

This set of 3 tweezers are great for my electronic repair hobby work. They are anti-static and not magnetic helping to keep components safe. The fine tips are solid enough for my needs and small enough to work with tiny components. You get 3 different tips. Two are straight and one is angled. One of the straight tweezers has a wider tip that the other two providing a useful variety. The price point for the 3 tweezers is quite reasonable. Overall, these are a good addition to my hobby tools in terms of quality and usefulness.

These are high quality tweezers at a really good price. Much better and thicker tips than one usually sees on inexpensive tweezers. They are marked as ESD safe, because the black coating where one's hands touch is not conductive. That coating is very thin and shows through to metal in spots. It's easily scratched off the edges.If you want an excellent set of precision tweezers, these are absolutely that. Just don't count on them for ESD protection.

These tweezers are a metal construction but seem a bit thin. The thin gage of these tweezers makes them very flexible, which can be annoying if you pinch them too hard when using them. I do like the length of the tweezers, and the ends come to a very fine point for small and/or intricate work. For the price if you are looking for a functional set that won't break the bank, this set fits the bill just fine.

If you use tweezers like these a lot, you'll find these are similar if not identical to others in the same broad category. And you might find more overall value in a larger set that lowers the per-tweezer cost. The most useful to me in this 3-pc set is the flat tweezer; I have a ton of the needly-style tweezers, and these are almost never as useful for electronic repair as you might otherwise think, imo--and the tips are always so thin and pointed that they bend and separate very, very easily. The overall construction of these does seem a slightly thicker than other similar tweezers I've used in the past. These also do indeed appear to be ESD-safe in my own limited testing.
