These Airynee Steel Steps are definitely HEAVY DUTY(Rated to support 660 lbs). The listing calls them RV steps and they certainly work great for that application. But these steps have so many more practical uses-just let your imagination go to work. Assembled they only weigh about 26 pounds so they they can be moved around relatively easily. I got them and use them primarily to step up on the deck of my commercial lawn mower. My agility and mobility has become somewhat limited and these steps have been a lifesaver! They come neatly and safely packaged in one box. Everything you need for assembling them is included-directions, hardware, double sided tape, 2 pieces of rubber-backed carpet step treads, and tools. I love building things like this so I enjoyed putting them together without running into too much difficulty.The key is NOT to tighten all the screws/bolts completely UNTIL everything is together. Then, when you get it all fastened and securely tightened down, these steps are solid and secure! I was especially impressed at how hefty and solid the handrail is-(It can be mounted on either the left or right side of the steps). I'm happy with these steps and I'm sure they will last many years for a wide range of uses.

This comes with all the tools and screws (and some extra screws) for assembly. Took me a few hours working by myself, but that it because I assembled one a couple of things backwards, so there was some disassembly and re- assembly. It fit together quite well. It did come with a small dent in one side of the top plate (assuming from carrier) and I was easily able to hammer that out enough to fit the bar in place. It comes with double sided tape for the carpet on each step. I put several strips of it, but do worry about the long term. If it doesn't hold up, I would probably switch to a heavy duty non-slip grip tape, rather than the carpet. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and secure. I will be using for an elderly relative to assist in climbing into bed, but it has a ton of other viable options.

Threaded Holes full of paint and had to buy a tap to clean out paint. Once Holes were cleaned of paint assembly was ok.Would give the steps 4.5 stars if it wasn't for the Thread issue. After assembly steps very, very sturdy and I'm pleased. Great product if during manufacturing Holes are free from paint

Very sturdy and a good investment if you have your RV parked somewhere long term. I always hated the give on the factory steps and have tried stabilizers with no luck. These feel pretty sturdy and heavy duty, my only thing I can think of that would make these better is if there was a third step because my RV sits a little high compared to some.

These stairs are well-made with all but one screw threading smoothly. Assembly was simple and took about thirty minutes. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The handrails can be installed on either side so keep that in mind so you don't assemble it in such a way that is blocks the RV door from swinging all the way open. I do have a couple of minor complaints with the first being the screws that hold the handrail on. The instructions call for nuts to be threaded onto the screws which is a bit of a waste in assembly time. A lock-washer would accomplish the same thing and would be quicker to install. You could probably get away with just threading in the screws and tightening them well. The second is the stairs aren't very tall. Depending on how high your door is you may want to consider a 3-step version. Our truck camper sits pretty high so these steps are barely tall enough to be of use. All-in-all a worthwhile purchase despite the minor complaints.

I got these to use with my hot tub. They work great for that purpose--tall enough that larger kids and adults can easily get in and out, and short enough that my 2-year-old can't get in.I shopped around for a couple weeks looking at hot tub steps before I saw these. Lots of them are some form of plastic, which I expect to fail before these will. Most of them also don't come with a handrail. And most of the ones I saw that looked decent were also 30% or so more expensive than these.These made of thick steel. Very sturdy--both the handrail and the steps.They were easy to put together. Took about 30 minutes.Since they're going to get wet, I appreciate the nonslip pads that come with them, which should also help them to not heat up as much in the sun.Overall, very happy with them!
