After 2 days of this being out, the neighbors dogs barked more. It’s like it pissed them off or something. Had a pop up thunderstorm the second night. It hasn’t worked since. They say it’s waterproof but I beg to differ.

I’m not sure if we just have super stubborn dogs or what but they would stand directly in front of it and bark incessantly. It didn’t seem to have any affect on them at all. Not sure if wearing barking collars previously have made them immune?
