Used these during a weekend family pool day and they worked out pretty good actually. My niece (she's 6) was nervous in the water but got pretty comfy with one of these. They’re soft foam, not too stiff or slippery. The U-shape felt a bit odd at first but actually gave a good boost in the water. I noticed the textured feel helped her grip better too. Handles are kind of a cool feature – there’s like little slots you can use or skip depending how they hold it.Colors are fun—each kid picked their own and somehow that made them wanna use it more lol. Haven't seen any cracks or weird dents yet after few uses. I even tried one myself just messing around, held up fine and I’m def over 100 lbs.Wouldn’t say this is like a replacement for lessons or anything, but just as a way to get them more confident in the pool, it's a win.
