These are well made. Used them on the steps to my new back deck. Look good too.

These work well. Hold a 2x4 perfectly and gives you a place to screw to it with ease. No skill needed just screw this to the post, place your 2x4 railing, then screw it in, and done. No complaints.

Never used this type of bracket before and I like the look and ease of use. Remember if the top rail is already set you will need to drop the bracket low enough to slide the 2x4 into the bracket. Mine was a stairwell railing rehab and I like the look it's unique.

I really like how strong that these connectors are. My reason for 4 stars are the screws. First they are Phillips head screws and I prefer torq screws. They are fine for attaching the 2x2 lumber but I prefer longer screws to attach the back plate to the 4x4 posts. Otherwise it would be five stars.This is a very simple and sturdy way to install handrails. I’ve used them before and they work great.

The screws that were supplied to mount the bracket to to post pulled through the mounting holes😠 if I haven’t found and fixed these the safety rails would have failed, resulting in in lawsuits for all involved.
