Last year I became enamored with cable rail and its many uses. It is strong, lightweight, doesn't block a view and opens up a room or a patio. I am using cable rail in the loft of my tiny home and this hand rail is perfect, not just because it is a great match, but because it is relatively narrow and low profile and doesn't jut out far into my narrow stairwell.

We installed a lot of this stuff last year around our house and have decided to use the same materials to create a facade around our AC units that sit out exposed at the front of our house. We're going to use the railing to cordon the big ACs off and cover it with fake boxwood panels. Should be nice if it works.The irony is that these handrails are way better than the ones we installed around all our decks. We got those from a Chinese wholesaler on another big site, so they had to be shipped directly from China. But these are much heavier and the metal is thicker. So they're definitely of higher quality. I guess you get what you pay for and these are worth the difference in cost.They're super easy to install, too. I also got the connectors between two handrails, as well as the 90 degree angle connectors and they all fit fine. I'll upload pictures of the finished product when it's complete.

Great quality stainless steel cable railing hand rail in a black matte finish. Really updates my staircase, I would have installed a cable rail system years ago if I knew how easy it is to install. This handrail is of good quality at a better price than I've seen alternatives selling for. Where the handrail ends are cut, the cuts have been smoothed, so the connectors fit as expected with no extra work. The finish looks good, and the seams should be easy to manage, making installation more straightforward than with some alternatives I've tried.Overall, what I was hoping for at a very reasonable price. As I get more experience building cable railing systems for stairs and entry areas on my property, I am really starting to prefer CKE parts.
