I use two of these when I'm making a drink that calls for an egg white foam. They fit easily in a shaker and are easier to clean (and manage in a shaker) than a strainer spring, which is what I had been trained to use. 4 is a great quantity in the set for the value, because I can make two different drinks calling for the foam without having to clean one pair first. They fit into even my smallest shaker, and do a great job getting that perfect egg white texture. Overall, this is a game changer for me and I'm happy to add them to my bar arsenal. A 5 for me for sure, and useful for any cocktailian.

These are easy to lease somehow. They somehow escape the dish rack and must roll out the door to join a circus or something. Same quality as the shaker balls that came with my bottles. And now that I have extra, I can also put them in mason jars to make dressing. Arrived vacuum sealed and flat.
