I wrote "Choice Tool Supply, Inc." and have not heard back from them five days ago when they sent me a follow-up automated email to check on my purchase. Again, no reply so far. The automated email asked if there were any problems, of which there were, and asked for me to respond directly to their email so that they could address any problems.They have had longer than it took for the item to arrive to respond, and have yet to respond.So, here goes. The handle is sturdy in feel but the hollow portion that's supposed to hold the extra blades is covered in rust *edit* it is the inside of the hollow tube where the rust is. Also, the blade that shipped with it is absolute garbage. It's kinda sharp, but that doesn't matter when you're trying to get a straight 4" wide scrape on flat glass when the blasted blade is about as straight as corrugated steel. Too cheap, thin, and flimsy.This tool is useless, and unless I just happened to get a bad one out of their whole batch, I'll maintain the one star rating and wish I couldn't give it even that much credit. This tool is utter crap and I just flushed twelve bucks down the toilet. Haven't even used it since the day it arrived and I tried it on several different surfaces to determine just how much of a worthless waste of money it is. Since the seller has not responded directly to my message, I am posting this review to save others the effort. If the seller makes an attempt to respond to my email and make good on this sale I will revise this review. Until then, I'm stuck with a worthless twelve dollar melee weapon for if the zombies attack and I don't have a butter knife on-hand.Seriously, this thing sucks.

I had to scrape window tint off my back window in my car. this works pretty well.
