I ORDERED TWO 6.5 " BY 10 ' SCREENS. I DRILLED 5 HOLES ON EACH SIDE OF MY PERGOLA TO HANG THEM BECAUSE THAT IS THE NUMBER OF HOLES IN THE SCREEN. WHEN I WENT TO HANG THE SECOND ONE IT HAD 6 HOLES AND NOT 5 HOLES. SO I HAD TO DRILL 6 NEW HOLES TO ACCOMMODATE THE 6- HOLE SCREEN. NOW I HAVE 5 HOLES IN THE WOOD THAT ARE NOT BEING USED BECAUSE I HAD TO RE-DRILL FOR 6 HOLES. BE SURE TO COUNT THE GROMMETS ON ALL SCREENS BEFORE DRILLING HOLES.

Aside from some of the stitches coming out the shade cloth looks great. Seems sturdy

I have a 85% shade cloth, and this one at 40%. This one, here in Southern CA, isn't as nice as the 85%, so you mileage may vary, depending on where you are. This one was not as good at cutting out the sun as the other, which matters in my neck of the woods. This is a good weave, and the grommets are reinforced and the perimeter has a heavier weave that the rest.This is a good mesh tarp. 4 stars

This was a bit smaller than I expected, but then again, I measure with the heart not measuring tape. This is perfect to give light shade to plants and or added protection. It doesn't complete cover it (it has small holes), for that function I'd recommend a tarp.

This is exactly what we needed to provide our tent with some extra shade during a hot camping day. It made a huge difference in keeping our space cooler and more comfortable.The material is durable and well-made, and the grommets make it easy to secure. I’m really impressed with this 40% Shade Cloth! It’s the perfect addition to my patio and garden. The 8x16FT size was just right for covering the area, and the black mesh material is heavy-duty yet breathable. The grommets along the edges made it super easy to hang and secure, and it’s held up well in the wind. I just needed a light shade cloth for my backyard grilling area to prevent the smoke from my grill from going into my neighbor's yard. This cloth is large enough, has grommets to hang up easily on the wooden blocks that keep my patio roof up, and now it blocks smoke and adds shade without being too overwhelming or difficult to install. 10/10 highly recommend.
