I got lucky I was able to put it back together with my own screw driver because the screwdriver in the kit was too large and started stripping the screws immediately

The kit included everything you need to perform the battery swap out, except instructions! No big deal, just look it up on YouTube, still the inconvenience knocked off a star. Seems to be charging well now, the original battery was shot and had actually swollen up a bit making getting it out of the compartment somewhat tricky.

The battery size was perfect it fits great easy to install but I was expecting more playing time it last the same time as the original 3000 mAh battery around 3 to 4 hours I was disappointed I thought it would last at least 6 to 8 hours even though the JBL review says it last 12 hours
