I have one of these Crown plastic electrode setting gauges in my oil burner service kit, but it never gets used because I found that it is no good for Beckett AF burners using an 80-degree Delevan nozzle, which is one of the more common burner and nozzle combinations around here. This electrode gauge is identical to the Westwood T100-220, which has the same issue. The gauge position for a 70 to 80 Degree nozzle sets the electrodes to where they are not even close to factory specs. It leaves them way too far ahead of the nozzle as well as too high above center. IMO, the Becket Z2000 gauge is a much better overall choice if you have a need for this type of electrode setting gauge. As an added bonus you can also use it to set the Z-dimension for the burner head.
