HVAC tech. I prefer dial guages over digital, and these work quite nicely. When using these on 410a systems you can take them off and only lose a quick wisp of refrigerant. I like these more then my JB’s.

The gauges are easy to read and mine had no flutter. The manifold valves operated silky smooth with a very intuitive release rate. The ball valves are worth the extra money. They operate just as smoothly as the manifold valves and give you more options to control purges and filling. It has dummy connectors on the back for the lines. It is heavy (good and bad).The only thing I would want is an fixed breeder value (button) built into each manifold for each line.I left the last charge in the lines (70 psi) and opened both valves and closed the ball valves. The gauges and hoses have held pressure for 2 days now.

Bought this to replace my harbor freight set because the old one didn't work with R410a. Wow, what a difference. This set's valves are much better and the vacuum held through the hoses is solid whereas the old cheap one tended to leak slowly. Of course this cost 4x more but I think it is worth it. If I had a hvac business I don't think I could find a better set at any price. The gauges are right on. I am a scientist / engineer and have some pretty good lab test equipment and these gauges are within 1% at any reading. That's pretty good.
