My favorite among this products. You can carry it with you, stays still, you can use over a drum or another type of surface, inexpensive.

In my advanced age I am always seeking out more interesting things to do. I have always had a love for all kinds of music and have taken up various musical instruments over the last five years. I have taken lessons in the flute, ukulele, and harmonica, but the only one I have become fairly good at is the harmonica. I decided recently to learn how to play the drums just for my own music recreational pleasure.I live in a senior community so I did not want to make too much noise when I practice so I purchased this CB Drums: 4288 Drum Practice Pad for a reasonable price on Amazon. My only complaint was I thought two drum sticks would also come with it as shown in the picture; however, I was also fortunate to also purchase two maple drum sticks on Amazon.I have practiced on this drum pad along with listening to music on the internet and found it to be a lot of fun. It makes just the amount of drum noise that will not bother my neighbors. I really love using this pad along with playing the late great Dave Brubeck’s “Take Five” jazz piece, as well as other jazz tunes. I realize the limitations of using this drum pad rather than real drums, but for me it is perfect.Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. Great for the price, but I've noticed better bounce with Remo practice pads.
