Idk if mine was defective or there are a lot of gaps in and the floor not long enough my dog keeps trying to slide out. Plus the latch can easily be opened

Terrible dog crate. The latches do not stay closed and my puppies have broken out of it on multiple occasions and tore up my house. I may have the latches installed wrong, but I wouldn't know because there wasn't any instructions in the instruction manual on how to install them properly. Will be returning.

It’s a sturdy cage but it’s not for five month old puppies, I say this because their paws keep getting stuck at the bottom in between the rack, I give it five stars for stability but it’s three stars because it’s a pain in the butt to have to bend over with my bad back to get their paws out from being stuck , it SUCKS, I would send it back but my husband says he’ll switch it out with a different rack ( if that’s what it’s called, I think it’s called something else I’m just to frustrated right now to remember lol anyway this cage is for older dogs, please do not make the mistake I did by ordering this for your puppies

My dog was in there for a couple of hours while I went and got an oil change. She is 53.4 lb. She is not big. I got her this so she would have plenty of room. It's a big kennel compared to her and she is already broken it. We haven't even had it for 24 hours. The ones that I get for Walmart that are half the price of this have lasted better than this. I am highly disappointed with how much money I've spent on this for her to break it so easily. Also I thought it was weird that on all sides it wasnt finished bars throughout the kennel and they have openings like this on each side. This could be why she broke it. It also says 3 door kennel it's not it's a two foot one in front and one on top

This is super easy to assemble, very strong. I got the double door one for rabbits. I like how sturdy it is. I have rabbits, it was easy enough to clip openings for the feeder with heavy duty metal cutters.I’m tired of my rabbits eating their cage, so instead of getting another wood one I got one I won’t need to replace. I ordered a second one to stack. The second one was missing a piece but their costumer service company resolved it quickly and curtiously via email. I have no complaints. These are easy to clean and easy to use. I like the secondary latch that locks the doors, I know my animals are safe from raccoons etc.

This is a large crate. My only problem that I found was the latch on the doors will not hold. My puppy realized that if he hit the bottom of the door it would cause the latch to release. My husband placed a pen in the latch and now he can’t get out. I have the divider in and he sleeps on one side.

For the price, I am very pleased with the quality and design of this dog crate. I spent several hours scrolling Amazon for a crate that had the double doors in the front, a center divider incase I decide I need to separate my pups, had a sturdy frame instead of the typical wire folding type, and had a single mess tray instead of two. This crate checked off all of my boxes and was much cheaper than the other (two) I found. I'm sure you could spend a couple hundred more for one that has heavier gauge metel, better hardware, etc., but (imo) unless you're trying to cage a lion, you'd just be wasting your money.* As an added bonus, my kids love it as much as their four legged sisters! 😍 Check the picture for proof! 🤣🤣
