Folds very compact compared to others. Sturdy. Not quite and hefty zipper and mesh as others, but still great quality.

Very well made. Easy to pop up , just like a pack and play. We were looking for a channel that would fit in our suitcase. Easy fit in 24 inch suitcase.

Seems really well made and sturdy for a collapsible crate. I decided to keep another one for traveling because my dogs are comfortable with being crated and don’t need the additional strength that this one gives.

I don't even know where to start. This is by far one of the best things I've picked up in a long time.We recently rescued a Belgian Malinois puppy. She outgrew her "baby" kennel within a couple of weeks. We have a large metal kennel in the living room, and she was fine with that, but it's not portable, and this girl can be a serious handful in a lot of situations. I also have a 13-year-old lab/pit mix who does well with the puppy, but the puppy is still at that stage where she doesn't always understand she needs to stop jumping and biting. The older dog is happy and loves to play with her that way... until she doesn't, and the puppy doesn't get it.This works a lot like a pack and play for babies and toddlers. It might even be the same size. The first time I put it together, it was in the middle of the night in a dark room, and I wanted to secure the puppy for bed. I think it took about five minutes, but only because the last couple of poles didn't want to lock in place, and I was afraid to force them. (I actually had to force them.) I also pinched my finger once in the process. That in mind, I would not recommend it for anyone with dexterity or strength issues, and I would not allow children to put it together. As far as use goes, the dog actually likes it. The first night, I left the side zipper open and kind of tucked it in a corner of the room, so she could come up to the bed, but not get out, and then had the option of sleeping inside or outside. She legit slept half in and half out.During the day, I leave it unzipped and she comes and goes as she pleases, often choosing to be inside because it's really cozy. For now, I leave the top unzipped as well, since she can't jump out. It's nice that there's that option, especially since this is a puppy that I'm plopping in and picking back up as needed.I also pick it up (intact) and carry it outside. Although the puppy usually has free range in the yard, I'll sometimes use it when both her and the older dog want to be outside with me and the puppy isn't respecting her limits. It lets them be social with each other, but with limits, and lets them both be with me outside. It's kind of the best of all worlds and has really saved my sanity. On these fronts alone, I think it's 100% worth it. In fact, I'm debating getting one for my older dog so I can give her a safe place and zip her in when she wants a break from the puppy and I can't directly supervise. As for how it's made and the quality... I am on the fence a little. This works because it's a puppy and the other dog is already trained. I am fairly certain it would not hold up to a large dog who is disobedient. It might for a bit, but there are certainly ways a dog who wants to chew its way out could. That would be its fail point if anything. The zipper is sturdy. The frame is firm (as long as humans aren't trying to sit or lean on it). But a dog that wants to chew its way out, I'm certain, could.I've also pondered the bottom some. It sits flat on the ground. That means if something spills by it or the ground gets wet on the outside, the fabric is getting soaked. I assume lifting it on legs like a pack and play would improve the odds a dog could dig through it or require a stronger base, which would make it too heavy to transport, so this seems like the best option, all things considered, but it's not without fault. Also, the interior floor is furry. You can remove it and clean it, but with a puppy??? Yeah, no. How many times a day can someone reasonably wash it? And, there is only one cover, so there's no cover on the base at all when it's being washed. Not ideal. I'd love for them to include at least one spare or provide a different cover/ insert so that it can be wiped clean.Bottom line, though, I really love this dog crate. It's perfect for how we're using it. The dog took to it very well. And while there are some nuances to using it/ things that could be improved, it's a solid choice.

This is my second item from this company, and I must say that I have been really impressed with the quality of their items. The material feels durable, the zippers are smooth and robust, and the frame is sturdy. It is a bit of a snug fit for our 65lb airedale terrier, but when using it for personal space, we leave all the 3 available doors/windows unzipped so that he is comfortable. He even endedup taking a nap in there on the included crate pad. He does fit with all the sides zipped up, but I would only leave him like that for short durations if needed. There are also a coupls sotrage pcokets and the top also has a covering to their leave as mech or to cover completely. There is one solid side and 3 mesh windows that can be opened, rolled up, and secured with velcro. The crate pad is held in place by velcro. It can be unzipped to wach the outside. Inside is just a cheap looking piece of foam, but it seemed comfy enough for our pup tp nap on. Not sure about changing it out just yet because it also doubles as a wrap for outside the the crate when packing it up, so will leave for now. If we try other materials, it might change the thickness of the roll overall and might mess with getting it packed into the storage bag.One of the things I love most about this crate is the slide button mechanism to unlock the frame arms. It's easy to push and you don't have to worry about pinching your fingers in anything! It is such a genius latch mechanism. I did break a bit of a sweat the first time I tried setting it up alone because I was trying to follow the directions, but felt like it wasn't going to work. Just follow the directions lol You need to adjust the canvas a little to make sure the corners are aligned, then just pop the frame together in the order of the instructions. The last two might be tricky, but if it can't lock into place, it'll pop back open. Needed to re-adjust the canopy a bit and force the last 2 bars down, and it was great. The breakdown and storage were great! Anytime an item breaksdown and fits back into its original storage case, I am impressed. There are so many items that come with storage cases that are impossible to get the item back in once you open it. This crate folds back down and wraps neatly back in the crate pad and into the bag to zip up, all with minimum effort. I did not have to try to sit on it while holding the sides in while simultaneously try to pull the zippers together to inch the zipper shut. I am all to familiar with that scenario, and am so over it. This crate packed up back into it's original bag, easy peasy. That alone makes it a recommendable item lol It might seem a little pricey at first, but compared to other similar types of products, this feels worth it.The only issue we had was that it was a little difficult to get the last two bars of the frame to lock down. It needs to be tight like this so that the whole thing can stay taut, but it was making me sweat a little trying to figure it out the first time. It will feel like it might break, but it won't. Just make sure the frame corners are tucked in the outer material corners properly and it should be all good. I thought it was going to snap back at me when closing up because it was tight, but no problem there either. It closed up nicely and non need to worry about anything pinching fingers or hitting you in the face lol
