I ordered this and it got lost in shipping, so they sent another one. When I received it, I installed it on a 2009 Dodge Journey and when I started it, the noise was gone thankfully, however, it now has a misfire on cylinder 3 that was not there before. Compression check showed very low compression, (the intake valves weren't sealing) due to sponginess in the Hydraulic Lash Adjuster. It does not have the check ball to bleed the air out like the original design. Regardless of this, we reached out to ask for a replacement. And we were told that because it was technically the 2nd time they sent a replacement, (because the first one never showed up) they could not send me another one and I would need to buy a new one... I only need the rear bank side, and looking today it's no longer available. Very disappointed

Installing was easy.. That ticking or rattling sound went away.. It still has a sound that those 3.5L Chrysler motors make that is natural..

The part I needed for my 2010 van was discontinued by Chrysler. My vehicle still has a lot of life in it so the hunt was on! Fortune smiled on me and a Koomaha replacement part was available on Amazon from MDW-US. The part was installed by a local mechanic and is working very well. The price was right, the delivery was prompt and, most of all, my car is back on the road! With pleasure I recommend MDW-US.
