Much more difficult to install than advertised. Factory electrical connector was impossible for me to disconnect so I returned the item.They received the return 5 days ago but have NOT issued my refund yet!

First off, it works and it is incredibly easy to instal. My gripe is the failure to disclose what could be viewed as a minor issue with this device, however to me (more specifically my wife) it is not a minor issue. This is the issue: If you use remote start, this device will not work as advertised. More specifically, when the factory remote start is initiated, the device looses the memory and you still have to depress that stupid [A] button. If the vendor would have noted in the item detail "It works this way with factory remote start....." I would have been okay rating it much higher. The omission of what I can assume is a known issue is rather poor form. This makes me ponder, what else about this device are they not telling the consumer.
