The mailbox is very nice & I would have given it 5 stars but my custom address sign did not arrive with the mailbox. Customer service was helpful to send it about 3 weeks later !Only issue with the address sign was the holes to hang it had sharp edges & not fully open to hang…use of small pliers to bend back the sharp edges to hang worked.

Mailbox kit is nice. The only issue is…… it didn’t come with any painted screws to attach decorative top cap and the caps that go under mailbox. Had to buy screws and then paint them white. Small over-sight on companies part. Would definitely recommend though.

Update 5/5/2021 - Have had this for about a year and this point and I am happy with it. It has held good over time and I don't see bent or discolored areas yet.Update 7/10/2020 - contacted the vendor directly from their site and they send out a new post. Raising one star.The Negatives -- The vertical post had some scuff marks brand new so I am unsure how it will hold over time.- The vertical post does not have the hole centered on one side so when you insert the horizontal post with mailbox it does not sit straight. See attached pictures (the right has more space than the left). I thought about contacting the seller to may be get that piece replaced but there seems to be no way to contact them from Amazon. Don't feel like disassembling everything, repackaging to send it back.- The address plate is kind of poor quality that makes the mailbox look cheap. It is three pieces plastic with stickers. The description make it seem glorified by using the terms such as "bonded". I would say skip this option, save your $30 and get another address plate with reflective letters to make the whole system look professional.The positives -+ The system otherwise looks very nice.+ Very easy to assemble.+ Unlike the other reviewer, mine had notches for the caps so they stay on good without any glue or screws.+ The mailbox is normal size. It is not huge but I don't get a lot of mail that needs to fit in this. The Amazon boxes aren't going to fit in a mailbox regardless of how big you get it.The neutral -If you already have a 4x4 cemented in and you are planning to just slide it in, that will cause some challenges. Even the the 4x4 insert, they are expecting the included vertical post will still go about 2ft in the ground, otherwise it's too large. I had to cut off about 2ft because this is going over my 4x4 that is already cemented in.
