My son's Trailblazer was having problems with the fan control on the fastest speed and this helped out. The cost was great and functioned as required. The install was fine just follow the instruction online or in a video. The fit was like the OEM one.

Make sure you match up the plug to the images and not rely on the year model description, etc.I intended to use this on a 2003 GMC Sierra with the dual zone climate control, but it has the old style plug and not like this one.I happen to have a 2005 that this will work on to use later on, so it's not a total loss.It's a little bit of a hassle to take the vehicle apart to get to the blower resistor to make sure it's correct before you order it if you still need to drive the vehicle while you're waiting on the part, but it's recommended otherwise you may not get the right one.You can leave the plastic cover off temporarily because it's probably the hardest part of the job getting on/off to get to the resistor and it doesn't hurt anything to drive the vehicle for a day or two without it.The part looks quality and I will keep it to have on hand when the one on my newer truck goes out, because it will definitely go out like they all do. You know when you lose one or multiple fan speeds and your battery starts to go low in the morning on start-up, like you left something on overnight, that is a sign that the blower resistor is going or has gone bad.Good price and shipped fast

When the heater blower motor stopped working in 2006 Chevy Sliverado 1500HD, I pulled out the heater motor and tested it fine. After doing some research on YouTube, I ordered this part on Amazon. I replaced the part immediately upon arrival and it fits perfectly, the fan is running again and everything is working fine again. And it was also $60 cheaper than a new part from any auto shop in town.

This is a great example for someone who wants to do a repair on a low budget. It works exactly as it should, matches the part on the car exactly, and functions top notch.The price is very affordable compared to the big chain stores. I was a little skeptical at first that she would work properly, but a month later, I am very satisfied!
