I purchased the Kwinmyso 5W 12 Inch LED Hardscape Paver Lighting 8-pack (Warm White) for a bit of an odd install - in a 12x24 pergola. I didn't need to worry so much about the appearance of the large mounting base on these lights because I intended to install them on sections of 2x6 tucked into the gap between the two 2x8s spanning the gaps between the pergola posts.I had some Simpson Strong-Tie HD galvanized screws to attach the lights to the 2x6s, tucked the 2x6s into each install location (about halfway into the gap, vertically), connected them with Wirefy 12/2 landscape wire stapled into the gaps, connected the landscape light wire to a Dewenwils wi-fi landscape transformer, et voilà.As it turns out, these lights are nigh unto perfect for this type of application. One light on each short side of the perimeter, two lights on each long side of the perimeter, and one light in the center of the pergola give just enough light to cover the entire patio area in a warm glow that allows you to "see" (and barbecue)(or sit and chill) comfortably.The mounting brackets for the lights have a HEAVY heavy finish of what appears to be powder coating (the lights are have a "lighter" powder coat) , and the light lenses are not quite completely transparent (semi-translucent?), which helps soften any glare from the LEDs. The LEDs are not COB, which is what I REALLY wanted, but they're not bad. The wiring is a quality tough vinyl-jacketed variety and well-gasketed at the entry point into the light housing. One thing that was not apparent from the pictures on Amazon was the fact that the lights have a short flange/hood/shade that extends the length of the light, which is perfect for installations in a wall where the light is used as a downlight, but less ideal for an overhead-type application. As I noted, my installation is atypical, but you should be aware of this flange/shade.Overall, I am VERY pleased with both the quality and the appearance of these lights.

Instructions are very limited and unclear. A separate transformer (12VDC/120VAC) and additional wiring is needed to hook these up.This is extremely frustrating as I spent so much time installing everything just to have one light not work. Not worth it for me to uninstall everything because of the one light.No customer support is offered for this company either, so buyer beware.

Exactly what I was looking for, it does give enough light for our outdoor kitchen. Good quality and easy to install, since had transformer and wire already up to point.

These are made from high quality materials and have a solid light output. The 2700 deg version is perfect for landscaped areas with a soft yellow hue. The higher temp ones are good for commercial and hard landscape (concrete) areas.

I purchased the 4" lights for accents on privacy fence. They lighting is perfect, and easy to install. I like how to lights swivel to either add more light to the fence or at the ground. The material feels solid and quality.Planning on purchasing more to do another area on opposite side of house.
