This pad holder works as expected. The foam backing is firm but has just enough give for sanding different surfaces. The tapered edge helps smooth out transitions, and the adhesive discs stick well without any issues. Just a heads-up—this only works with sticky-backed PSA discs, not hook-and-loop ones. It fits my 5/8"-11 threaded sander with no problem and feels sturdy enough for regular use.

Maybe no one has done this before but I adapted this to a right angle dewalt 20V 1/4" quick connect impact. Now I can use 6" pads in hard to get area's like behind ladders
