this is an excellent water dispenser. it is well made, and no leaks around the spigot coming out of the jar. make sure where you want to put it, because after it is full, that is where it will remain at least until drained.

After 3 weeks the spigot only allows a trickle of water to come out. I don't want to return the product, but want a $20.57 credit issued to cover the cost of the new spigot I had to buy. But Amazon, doesn't let me have that option, only to return or replace, which is too inconvenient to me. I will never buy from this seller again.

Simple and plain, clear glass dispenser. Holds a full 5 gallons. Solid, thick glass, easy to clean. Heavy metal spigot included. Great product for large gatherings or for home brew of kombucha, Junn, Kvass, and other fermented beverages in continuous brew.

The glass is PAPER THIN. We hand tightened the spigot as with all of our other glass drink dispensers. The glass is so thin it couldn't even hold the rubber gaskets and dispenser. It shattered and cut my hand. I do not recommend this jar.

Item is packed well to prevent breakage. Included spigot could be better quality, but all in all the quality of the glass & thickness, it is well made. I am happy with the product.

This is definitely a high quality 5 gallon glass water dispenser and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a durable counter top or floor stand solution. The lid is airtight as well and I'd recommend slightly lifting the lid to allow the water to flow from the spigot more quickly.
