Poor all around. Holes not correctly drilled in the parts and did not match images of parts list. Was never going to assemble correctly. This may be sturdy enough for empty water bottles, but have no confidence for long term storage of filled bottles. Been assembling furniture for 20 years and this is a complete waste of money. Not going to bother returning, as I’d rather just throw away and move on.

The holes in the vertical supports are oval and the ends of the horizontal shelving are round- needless to say, it doesn't fit together. Short of trying to hammer all of the shelving ends flat to squeeze in the holes, it simply can't be put together. I will be returning it.

While I knew this wasn’t the most expensive stand and didn’t expect it to be the highest quality, I didn’t expect the paint to flake off so easily. Additionally, under the paint appeared to be lightly rusted steel.It was easy to build and appears sturdy enough to hold the weight of 10 water jugs. I did anchor it to the wall with some anti tipping straps which greatly increased its stability.Update: customer service reached out to me and expressed concern over my initial review. They offered a refund and informed me they were reviewing the manufacturing process to correct the paint flaking issue. I am glad to see great customer service and follow through on their part to make things right. I also appreciate that they take the time to read reviews and then take that feedback to further improve their product.

This arrived with packaging intact. But I could see, with the flimsy packing, how other reviewers could've received in damage condition.The shelf went together easy enough, BUT you have to pay attention when putting this together. I saw other reviews that said you have to drill holes on the proper spots as they didn't line up. I didn't let this deter me as I'm mechanically inclined, love a challenge and figured for the price it was worth a little bit of rework if needed. I was disappointed to find out that no drilling was required. Lol you ONLY have to pay attention during assembly as the alignment of the holes is setup to go one way only(at least if you want to use it after assembly)I would've given 5 stars, but once I put the water bottles on these, it definitely is a little bit flimsy. But as long as you don't plan on putting this bottle rack in a high traffic area and don't plan on seeing how good your aim is at throwing water jugs onto a rack, then this will work just fine.I used them to hold 5 gallon jugs. No idea if smaller jugs fit???

Our daughter lives in the country and when they were little we lost our well pump for a few days and than we were hit by a tornado. No power for 4 weeks and only temp for 6 months , so not much water. We told her to keep a supply of jugs on hand so this stand is a perfect gift.

The box came with parts sticking out of the box, clearly retaped, and parts didn't even fit in the box. The thin styrofoam left a big mess all over the place.When I tried to just get everything organized and out of the packaging, I realized how low quality the product actually was. As Oxford, you can see one of the welded in bolts was crooked and not flush at all, like the others.No interest in trying to replace with the same product, so I'll just hope another company makes a better quality product.
