The Hosyond 5 Pcs 1.3 Inch IIC I2C OLED Display Modules are an excellent choice for anyone working on projects that require small, high-quality displays. Whether you're a hobbyist, a maker, or a DIY enthusiast, these little screens offer great clarity, ease of use, and versatility. What Makes Them Great:✅ Super Sharp Display – The OLED technology provides vibrant, high-contrast visuals, making text and graphics pop without draining your project’s power. Perfect for low-energy, high-impact displays.✅ Easy to Use with I2C Interface – The I2C protocol makes wiring a breeze—just a couple of pins to hook up, and you're good to go. If you’ve ever struggled with more complicated wiring, this will feel like a breeze.✅ Small Size, Big Impact – At 1.3 inches, these displays are compact enough for tight spaces but large enough to show off useful data, whether it’s sensor readings, clocks, or simple graphics.✅ Great Value for Money – Getting 5 displays for the price makes this a steal. They work seamlessly with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other platforms, offering fantastic flexibility at an affordable price.Minor Downsides (But Seriously, Don’t Let These Stop You):❌ Can Be Tiny for Complex Projects – If you’re working on something that requires a lot of text or detailed graphics, this screen might feel cramped. But for simple info, it’s perfect.❌ No Touchscreen – Yeah, it’s not a touchscreen, but that’s not really the point of an OLED display like this. It’s meant to show information quickly, not interact with you like a smartphone.Final Verdict:If you're working on small projects that need a reliable, sharp display—whether for sensor data, status indicators, or custom graphics—the Hosyond 5 Pcs 1.3 Inch IIC I2C OLED Displays are a fantastic investment. They're easy to use, compact, and offer great value for the price.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

I personally use this display on an ESP32 based sensor board - it's great. Easy to interface. The arduino IDE has the libraries.

These are only slightly bigger that the regular ones but the difference makes them so much more readable. Would like to see the price lower!

There are many different types of Arduino boards out there and some with the CH340 chip will require a different driver from Adafruit mentioned in description of this product which is downloadable via the Arduino IDE.Embedded driver IC: SH1106. Using the IIC/I2C bus, only 2 IOs are needed to light up the display.Search for "SH1106" in in the Ardunio IDE. Install this and ensure that the CH340 drivers also work on your arduino IDE if you are using that device. Restart your IDE. If you also installed the CR340 drivers restart your computer to ensure they are loaded properly. I have tested this method on multiple CH340 devices on Windows, Linux and MAC and this method works perfectly for lighting up your OLED displays. I tested all 5 on each Linux, Windows and MAC OS and they all work with the SH1106 driver. Also make sure to set the to "ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)" before uploading your sketch. If the sketch fails to upload, be patient, unplug or reset your arduino and try the upload again. This may sometimes take a few times. This is the one downside of the CH340 chipset but all is not lost cause they still work great!
