So, after researching multiple sectionals, comparing prices, going by reviews and knowing what will fit my space, I took a chance on this item even though there were no previous reviews.1) It came in 2 boxes and was delivered quicker than expected. 2) it was packed well. Better than most deliveries from other retailers. It took me a bit to find the directions. 3) speaking of directions, the manual was pretty self explanatory but only pictures. Everything was labeled and it was pretty much common sense. The drawback is the having to use the allen wrench to put it together. It made it very time consuming.The cushions are light but seem to be decent enough, low back but unless you plan on living on this it, shouldn’t be a big deal. The frame seems to be sturdy metal. There is reinforcing with twisted wicker material so we’ll see how well it stands up. The first rainfall on it the material repelled the water. Not sure if it was scotch guarded but it was impressive.All in all looking forward to using it this summer on my new patio area.
