Initially, I was very skeptical about this pillow because it looked tiny and insubstantial straight out of the packaging. However, after several night's use, I'm pleasantly surprised by how effective it is at improving my side-sleeping comfort. Whether placed between the knees or supporting my inner thigh, this pillow provides just the right amount of support (I'm a 5'1", ~125 lbs female).Its shape helps align my hips, relieving sciatic pain and general joint discomfort I often experience while lying down. Thanks to its compact size, the pillow doesn’t get in the way when rolling over and easily moves with you. The foam's more on the soft-side, rather than firm, and weighs next to nothing (especially in comparison to memory foam). The removable, stretchy outer fabric offers a good balance of softness and grip over the inner foam cover.Importantly, none of the materials get too warm against the skin overnight, and so far, it’s retaining its wedge shape without any noticeable compression between uses. It doesn't emit any unpleasant smells, either.Overall, I'm really happy I gave this pillow a try—especially compared to other concave molded designs, which don’t seem nearly as versatile for different body positions.While I do feel the price point of most ergonomic pillows is a bit inflated, I appreciate the eco-certifications this one comes with, and it seems well made for what it is.

It’s smaller than you think but also maybe that works? But it’s very firm and basic, you could probably pick up a piece of firm foam at a craft store and it would be just as basic. I wish it had more give, more memory foam comfort quality, more rounded edges instead of the block edges, it’s just not comfortable - it’s basically serviceable.

I love this little wedge. it is just what I needed under my pillow. I bought another one. It is very nice quality and has a zippered cover.

Perfect size. Works great. Have tried many different pillows and such.Had a 3rd major back surgery in June and haven't been able to sleep on my right side for more than a few minutes , now I can for about 15-20 minutes. I had 4 rods from my t-spine to both pelvis's. I still haven't been able to lay on my left side because of pain and discomfort.

The pillow is soft and the wedge shape fits well in between my knees. It is effective in helping to alleviate my back pain by keeping my posture aligned.

Overall, I like it - it has a washable cover, and the foam density is a good balance between firm and soft. I would recommend this.

I am not using this for my knees. I use it to raise my head a little higher to watch TV in bed.
