Gets gross with daily use. Helps knees and back. And clean cover but oils seep to pillow bad and can’t clean

Very nice knee pillow. Good quality firmness and exterior fabric. I thought it would work perfectly, but it was too thick or wide.

I chose this support pillow for a couple of reasons: Price and color. The dark color should stay looking clean longer.I figured the lower price was due to the lack of mention of a carry case. But, BONUS, it DOES come with a carry case.It's quite firm, which is a plus in my book, since it's not going to collapse under the pressure of being between thighs. The way it's shaped, it has stayed in place throughout the night.Bottom line, it does put my body in the right position to relieve lower back pain. Normally, I'm up by five or six in the morning with pain. With this pillow, I've been able to sleep in comfortably for a few extra hours if wanted.Highly recommended!

I am 5’10 180 lbs. and have occasional lower back pain and hip pain from weight training and from my job which can be very physical at times. I read a lot of reviews on different pillows via Amazon and ultimately took a chance on this one, and I’m happy with my decision. This pillow is just the right size as it isn’t bulky to use under the covers when I sleep, while also remaining thick enough that it doesn’t compact excessively after hours of use. The soft comfortable material is also nice and feels soft against bare skin, in case you sleep in your birthday suit or short shorts :) Lastly I will say although I haven’t used it for an extended period of time yet, I feel I can notice it relieving hip and back pain to the extent that I will continue to use it and am happy with my purchase. For anyone trying to relieve some lower body pains, this is definitely something you should consider trying before more extreme or expensive methods. There’s a lot of good too offer here for your $$$

I originally bought this for my Mom when she had back surgery. She didn’t use it because she said it was “too hard”, so I confiscated it :-)I have had issues with my low back for many years and had been using a regular pillow at night with average results for this reason. I think if you have low back issues you know what it’s like to not be able to get comfortable no matter how you try to lay in bed. I have been using this pillow for approximately 2 months now. This pillow is compact; it fits comfortably between my legs to keep my knees from touching, and I can still “curl up”. The firmness is a plus for me. The material on the pillow cover resists sliding; I find that when I wake up in the morning it is still in position even if I have turned over in bed. Very satisfied.
