Going to use as brackets for swing I'm putting together. Should be wide enough long enough and thick enough. Nice heavyweight plate.

It is a right angle bracket, fairly large. I need something I could attach with lag bolts, this looked like the right thing and it was. I did not check the dimensions but it fit where I had measured so it can't be too far off spec.

When we built the gable we thought it needed something more and these brackets not only added more support but added more dimension to the design.
