Images make them look like they are brass finish, they are not. They are painted brown (not gold as the description says) All but one of the pieces had chips in the paint when arrived.

These are just as described. The metal is good, and they should work for us. Make sure you watch the poundage of weight they will hold. Although the metal is good, do not overload these brackets.
