I am a teacher. I have been buying these for several years. I use them for everything in our classroom. They are very versatile and reasonably priced. I prefer these over page inserts for 3-ring binders. These folders are just the right size to hold multiple copies of 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper (or smaller). Multiple folders can easily fit inside a pocket folder inside a binder, allowing me to keep multiple tests or assignments together in one larger pocket, keeping everything well organized.

This product is as described, but not as nice as alternative products i have regularly purchased. Make sure you want the 8.5 x 12" size. 12" is too large for me and does not fit into file/storage spaces for 8.5 x 11 (the usual size for these folders). The plastic is also not as flexible as other brands. The pluses are that they arrived promptly with minimal packaging (a cellophane wrapper, rather that the usual product box). Unfortunately i cannot use them, and would return them except i opened without realizing the size disparity.

I really like this type of report cover. I prefer them because they open one one side . They are hard to find in stores, but Amazon has what you are searching for everytime!

I have adhd. When something is out of sight, it's out of mind. I keep my projects and to do list in these clear folders. It helps me see what's going in yet be organized.

This item didn’t work for me as the size doesn’t fit 8-1/2 X 11 sheets of paper. It’s too narrow and too tall for organizing neatly.
