50-Piece of 1/4-20 x 15mm Threaded Inserts for Wood
Threaded wood insert nuts feature threaded designs, external protrusions bite into the wood, providing superior holding power and preventing the insert nuts from either turning or pulling out in all applications.
Threaded inserts work with soft wood, hard wood, plywood, MDF and composition board, you just need to drill a hole that the size of the body into the wood for the threaded insert.

Built a custom table and needed to attach the top to the metal stand but wanted it to be easily removable. These mounts worked great. Plan on using them for all my projects when applicable.

Of all the inserts I’ve used so far, I like these the best. Seemingly solid build, easy to install. Per the instructions I pre-drilled with 3/8” for hardwood, used a countersink for the little flange at top, and installed with the pictured bolt/nut combo tool on an impact driver and a small amount of super glue. No breaks, no fuss, giddy up!

These inserts install easily and are sturdy. Not as tough as some of the more expensive ones on the market but still plenty strong for diy and residential furniture etc. Great value for the money. Just make sure to use the correct size drill bit and a dab of glue or epoxy to lock them into the wood.
