The chair seems to be very sturdy and well-made, although it has only been put together for two days. Will report back if there are issues later.The biggest problem I had with assembly was the lack of identification of the three different types of screws (or bolts-?) The packet that contained them labeled each type with a letter of the alphabet.However, on the instruction sheet, they were labeled with a number. I spent a fair amount of time measuring the picture (which looks like a hand-drawing of the item) of each type on the sheet to try to tell which one corresponded to the correct usage. This is what I determined:"H" screws were used for attaching the plate to the seat - listed as #9 on instructions"I" screws were used for attaching the back to the seat - listed as #10 on instructions"J" screws were used for attaching the arm rests - listed as #11 on instructionsAlso - it may have been dumb of me, but I was looking for a booklet or a loose sheet of the assembly instructions in the box but after unpacking all items, there didn't seem to be any. It wasn't until I'd tried to contact the seller that I found the sheet was actually inside the plastic wrapped around the seat of the chair. That piece had been taken out of the box and laid down and didn't realize the instructions were on the underside of the seat.Regarding the shipping - that was kind of a mess. The company (Snugway) informed me that due to an error on their part, the wrong item had been sent out of their warehouse. I was to let them know I was going to refuse that item and they would send the correct one. Tried to contact UPS but although the tracking number had been assigned, UPS hadn't actually received the package. I let the seller know I would refuse it. Two or three days went by (checking each day to confirm UPS had received the "wrong" chair). But then BOTH chairs showed up (two different tracking numbers, of course). UPS said they could not stop the wrong one - I had to contact Amazon as they were the shipper. Called Amazon and was told I had to wait until it showed "out for delivery" before I could refuse the item.Fortunately, I was home when the UPS truck arrived and was able to speak to the driver before both chairs were delivered to my back deck. The driver also said that the shipper should have been able to stop the delivery on their end by contacting UPS - I just can't remember what the term was he used to be able to do this.

ABSOLUTELY horrible! Chair looks great but rocks side to side like a carnival ride! Avoid this chair!!

my last 3 chairs have been lazy boy chairs and i never wanted to try a none name brand until i tried this and definitely happy i did.....its so well built and comfortable

This chair is a lot bigger than I expected! The materials feel sturdy. It is heavy but rolls great. I love the height and back support. It’s like a big hug!
